Leadership

The Ferro Collective is led by two seasoned design professionals whose combined experience spans over three decades of award-winning work across the country.

Billy Plummer
Founder & CEO
Billy Plummer

With over 30 years of experience in architecture and retail design, Billy founded The Ferro Collective in 2023 with a clear mission: to build a studio where exceptional design and genuine client partnership go hand in hand. His career spans leadership roles at CallisonRTKL — one of the world’s leading architecture firms — where he served as Vice President overseeing department stores, specialty retail, and food & beverage accounts, as well as nearly a decade as Design Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company, where he built and managed the Dallas design program.

Billy’s approach is rooted in the belief that great design must be both inspiring and buildable — a philosophy that has earned him the trust of clients and collaborators throughout his career.
